Please let us know is you need an early check in or late check out.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

We love our furry friends and are a pet friendly hotel.
Pets are only allowed in certain rooms, please contact the front desk to make sure one is available. 
Our pet fee is $450 pesos/night
Pets must be on a leash on the premises.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Any additional cleaning fee will be charge if the pet uses the beds or cushions.

General policy

A deposit equal to the value of your first night’s stay is required at the time of booking.The remaining balance can be paid upon check-in via credit card in pesos only, or in cash (pesos or dollars) at the day’s exchange rate.

If you cancel your booking at any time, we will retain 10% of your deposit as an administrative fee.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

No Smoking Policy
Baja Joe´s has a non- smoking policy  within  its public areas and rooms. In case of a breach of this policy a charge of $1,000 pesos will be applied.
