Rate Policy
Our best available rates are baed on occupancy or the number of guests. Kindly ensure that you put the accurate number of guests to secure the appropriate number of bedrooms. The maximum occupancy is 9 people. Please note that the 7th to 9th guests will be accommodated with a divan bed in each of the three bedrooms.

Important details: Please note that our rates are per person, with different rates for each number of bedrooms. The number of bedrooms provided will correspond to the number of guests booked. However, you will enjoy an entire private stay. For 1-2 guests, 1 bedroom will be provided, for 3-4 guests, 2 bedrooms will be provided and for 5-6 guests, 3 bedrooms will be provided. Additionally, guest 6th - 9th person will each receive a divan bed in their respective rooms.

Kindly also provide us the flight number and arrival time at the airport. In case you don't need the airport transfer, please advise us the estimated check-in time to ensure a smooth and timely check-in process in the Comment box or via baankhunyingvilla@gmail.com

Directions : There's a blue sign saying 'Baan Khunying' on the main road. From there, it's just 50 meters along the small road to the gate of the house which is on the right side of the road.
