Payment policy for advance payments
The whole price for the room, has to be paid by the deadline, indicated in the confirmation letter, or on the pro-form invoice.
By the payment in advance you accept that, the hotel will count this in the price of the accommodation, with the degree and deadlines, mentioned in the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is included in the confirmation letter and in the pro-form invoice. On the day of arrival, the invoice is issued by the hotel, in which the payment of advance will be counted.
Your reservation is guaranteed from the hotel, if your payment of advance is completed in the given time. In any other cases, the hotel has the right to cancel your reservation.
Payment policy for non-advance payments
In case, if you can guarantee your reservation, according to the cancellation policy, with a valid credit card, and with sufficient funds, then the price of the accommodation should not be payed before. In this case, the room has to be payed upon arrival. The payment can be done with cash, or credit card. In case of no-show, we will validate the guarantee from your credit card, on the arrival date. In case of cancellation, if it is within given cancellation period, it will be charged at the time of the cancellation.
Your reservation is guaranteed by the hotel, if you can make a guarantee towards us. The hotel has the right, to check the validation and the sufficient funds, of the given card, with the card company. The hotel has also the right, to cancel the reservation, if the credit card is not valid, it has insufficient funds or it is not suitable for remote payment (Szép Kártya, other cards with month/year fields).
For free of charge is possible more than 21 days before arrival.
Within 21 days, 70% of the full price will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the full price will be charged.
