The guests accept that a deposit of 30% of the entire amount of the accommodation fee is required at the time a reservation is made.

In case of group reservations a deposit of 50% of the entire amount of the accommodation fee is required. Accommodation fees can be paid cash, by credit card, by SZÉP card or by credit transfer.

The guest takes note that the reservation is valid after payment and the hotel´s confirmation.

In case of overbooking the accommodation provider offers the guest an alternative accommodation of equal or better standard at a reasonable distance (within 15km) from the original location.

If surcharge may arise, the accommodation provider compensates the difference. In case the guest does not accept the offered accommodation, deposit will be refunded within 30 days.

 

The guests have the right to cancel the reservation made for free within 21 days before the date of his or her reservation, only the deposit is forfeited. 
If the guest cancels a reservation within 14 days or less before the date of his or her arrival, a cancellation fee of 40% of the entire accommodation fee will be charged.

If the guest cancels a reservation within 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire accommodation fee will be charged.

If a guest cancels a reservation within 2 days or less before arrival, a
cancellation fee of 100% of the entire accommodation fee will be charged.

The guest accepts that the accommodation provider does not take the risk if for any reason beyond provider’s control client’s reservation must be cancelled – expect international accepted cases of vis major.
