Purpose of data management: For the purpose specified by law

In order to protect the rights, security and property of the data subject and others, and to verify compliance with the provisions on the residence of third-country nationals and persons with the right of free movement and residence, the accommodation provider shall provide a storage space.

For the purpose of recording the data, the recipient of the accommodation service provides the accommodation provider with the document referred to in paragraph 1 (b), the identification data of the person's identity document or travel document used by the accommodation service, and in the case of a third-country national, the number of the visa or residence permit, the date and place of entry. In the event of failure to present the document, the accommodation provider shall refuse the accommodation service.

Storage of personal data: Until the last day of the first year following the communication of the data, ie for a maximum of 2 years

Access to your personal data:

The activity of the hosting provider - as the data processor of the accommodation provider - is only for storing the data in the encrypted form provided by the Government decree and accessing the data - for the person or body authorized by law through the accommodation provider and the accommodation provider covers. The storage provider cannot access the data being stored.
