Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in is from 2 pm till 6 pm. If you will arrive after 6 pm, please let us know at the reception. In case of failure to inform us or to contact us, the hotel reserves the right to resell the vacant hotel room after 6 pm.

Check-out is possible till 10:30 am.

General policy

The cancellation conditions apply to individual bookings:
- An advanced payment of 20% of the room price is required in 48 hours after booking to finalise your reservation.
- Booked services can be cancelled free of charge one week prior to arrival.

Please bring your own towels, if you wish to use the spa facilities. Bathrobes can be rented at the reception.
