4pm to 6pm or after arrangement. If you cannot come in time, please contact us as soon as possible, because our office is not open 24 hours.

CHECK OUT
till 11 am
Late check out is possible as long as the apartment is not occupied at the same day. You also can deposit your luggage in a separate store room.

Group Policy

In case of reservation for 10 or more people security deposit of 100 euro/person is applicable. It is refundable at the end of the stay except violation of one of the following: disruption of the neighbors (partying) or any damage made in the apartment.
We reserve the right not to accept any booking for groups bigger than 12 people.
