Check-in / Check-out policy

CHECK IN
Between 4pm to 6pm (or later after arrangement). If you cannot come in time, please contact us as soon as possible, because our office is not open 24 hours.

CHECK OUT
Until 11 am.
Late check out is possible as long as the apartment is not occupied at the same day. You can also deposit your luggage in a separate store room.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Pets on request - only allowed after you have spoken with us and we agreed it. 
Extra fee may apply.

Group Policy

In case of reservation for 10 or more people security deposit of 100 euro/person is applicable. It is refundable at the end of the stay except violation of one of the followings: disruption of the neighbours (partying, being too loud) or any damage caused in the apartment.
We reserve the right not to accept any bookings for groups bigger than 12 people.
