General policy

Guest tax / City tax:
The guest tax in Basel is charged with CHF 4.-- per night and person starting at the age of 12 years.
The guest tax includes the BaselCard which you will get on check-in for each guest. It enables you to use the Basel public transport for free during your whole stay.
Complaints and Dammages:
Complaints shoud be submitted immediately. We refuse all liability for damage or disappearance of personal effects or valuables. If you damage anything in the interior or exterior of the apartment house or surroundings, please let us know immediately. If necessary, you will be expected to pay us directly.
Guests:
Please inform us if you intend to receive guests.
