Check-in: from 3:00 PM, flexible
Check-out: until 10:00 AM
Late check-out is only possible with prior written agreement. Without this, a late departure may result in an additional night being charged.
Luggage may only be left in the apartment after check-out with prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
Upon departure, please:
switch off all electrical appliances,
dispose of the rubbish in the appropriate bins,
lock all doors and windows,
return the keys to the key safe (or the agreed location).

Group Policy
Events, parties and celebrations are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
Commercial photography or filming is only permitted with prior written approval.
Please respect the quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Violation of the house rules may result in immediate termination of the contract and eviction from the apartment without any refund.

General policy
The apartment may only be used by officially registered guests. Subletting to third parties or hosting additional guests or visitors without prior approval is not permitted. Please respect the house rules of the building and behave considerately towards the neighbors. Guests are financially liable for any damages or violations and must cover the related costs. Security and noise monitoring devices may operate on the premises to ensure compliance with the house rules (however, there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the apartment). Furniture and household appliances must be used only as intended. In case of malfunction or operational issues, please notify us immediately.
