Payment policy for advance payments
Pre-paid with credit card. Payment is nonrefundable, but can be creditted towards future stays or reservation can be moved to new dates.

General policy

Children Policy
We love kids. We have a kids menu and kids pool. We do not charge for children under 11 years of age in existing bedding. If an extra bed is required we charge 400 THB per night inclusive breakfast for the child, which you can pay on location as required. If you are unsure about suitability for a specific room, please feel free to send us message. Generally as long as you are comfortable, we allow you to fill your room with kids :-)

Lowest Rate Guarantee Policy
We guarantee the lowest rate, but the offer must fit the same conditions with regards to what is inclusive, date of booking, number of persons, cancelation policy and so forth and the claim must be submitted within 48 hrs of reservation.

Meal Policies
- Reservations including breakfast is served in our pool side restaurant and includes tea/coffee/juice etc.
- Reservations including halfboard (breakfast + dinner) and fullboard (breakfast, lunch & dinner) is served in our pool side restaurant and the meals are food only, not including beverages (except for the breakfast).
