General policy

The room rate includes the accommodation fee, TAX and parking. The room rate does not include the city tax, which is payable from the age of 18 years, and is 580 HUF/person/night in Alsóörs.

The booking must be confirmed in writing and the hotel will send a written confirmation. Reservations will only be considered guaranteed if a deposit or a valid credit card guarantee is received by the due date. In order to guarantee the reservation, 50% of the reservation value must be paid in advance by the deadline indicated in the confirmation.

Breakfast is available at the Deck Bistro on the ground floor of the pension. Breakfast is not included in the room rate.
