Group Policy

Please note that in case of booking 5 or more units, we have the following payment and cancellation policy:
100% prepayment must be done before the group arrives based on a proform invoice.
Cancellation is free of charge 50 days before arrival
Cancellation between 49-30 days before arrival cancellation fee is 25% of the total price. 
Cancellation between 29-15 days before arrival  cancellation fee is 50% of the total price.
Cancellation between  14-8 days before arrival cancellation fee is 75% of the total price
Cancellation between 7-0 days before arrival or in case of no-show total price of services will be charged 100%

Please note that in case of booking 5 or more units, a deposit of EUR 100 / apartment is required upon arrival in cash.
