Check-in / Check-out policy

It is mandatory for all guests to log in online with an application. For this, the reservation ID must be entered for each room and the identity card or passport of each guest (including children) must be scanned or the data must be filled in. They will receive an email about it before arrival.

Since the guest house does not have a reception with permanent opening hours, the accommodation can be occupied from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. You will receive the key safe codes and detailed information by e-mail 2 days before arrival. You must leave by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest the apartment. When leaving the accommodation for good, the key must be returned to the specified key safe. When leaving the apartment, please lock the doors, windows and gates.

General policy

- Completion of the online registration form 10 days before arrival is mandatory for all guests
- Rooms can be occupied from 2 p.m

- Can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights
- 100% is payable at the time of booking
- The guest will be charged 50% if he cancels the reservation within 14 days before arrival.
