Our Front Office offers check-in services between 3 pm - 6 pm and check-out services between 09 am - 12 pm. If you would like to check in, or out, outside the given hours, please kindly inform our office in advance.

General policy

REFUNDABLE (FLEXIBLE) RESERVATION POLICY
30% of the total reservation amount will be charged at the time of the booking from provided credit card as deposit. Free cancellation ends 7 days prior to arrival. Therefore a 30% deposit will be refunded, if booking is cancelled 7 days before arrival. Remaining balance will be charged anytime in the 7 day window prior to arrival No refunds for cancellations within 7 days before arrival, or no show.

NON-REFUNDABLE (BEST DEAL) RESERVATION POLICY
In order to confirm the booking, the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the day of the booking. In case of cancellations, modifications or no shows, the payment will not be refunded.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

If the credit card is invalid, guest needs to provide new credit card details in 24 hours after the notice or the reservation might be cancelled.

Please note that guests only over 12 years old are offered accommodation at 4reasons hotel+bistro.
