General policy
Payment conditionsThe customer can cancel his reservation free of charge until 1 day before arrival.
We make the refund within 30 days.
Cleaning Fees : 60 euros
Deposit :
Deposit cover accidents that occur during a reservation, such as, for example, wine spilled on a carpet, a broken window or a key not returned. The amount of the maximum deposit is 1500 Euros. The deposit is managed through us from our credit card payment terminal with the number provided for payment. Keep in mind that failure to comply with the rules of procedure resulting in higher cleaning costs or repair costs will immediately result in the debit of part of the deposit.
Conditions of collection of all or part of the deposit:
Non-compliance with the smoking ban: cleaning package of carpets / curtains / sofa, penalty for closing the house during the period of restoration work. Lump sum of the deposit 250 Euros
Check Out after 11am: 25 € / hour
Dinnerware not made: 25 €
Abnormal supplementary cleaning: 25 € / hour

Pre-authorization :
