Check-in / Check-out policy

Rooms and apartments are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, which is also the earliest check-in time. Guests are kindly asked to leave the room or apartment, along with their luggage and belongings, by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. The key can be dropped into the mailbox located on the large brown gate after locking the gate from outside.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Pets are allowed, but any damage caused by them must be compensated by the owner.

Group Policy

A group booking is considered to be any reservation for more than 5 people. Special payment terms or deposit requirements may apply for groups, which will be agreed upon in advance. A designated contact person is responsible for each group, ensuring that all group members adhere to the house rules.
In case of any damage or disturbance, the responsible person for the group is obliged to compensate for the damages.

General policy

In case of damage, it is required to report it either via the phone number provided in the House Rules or through the online platform. Compensation for the damage must be made to the owner. Violations of the House Rules may result in eviction and legal consequences.
